Registrations open soon: publication of prices and accommodation options
Registrations will open shortly, but the prices for accessing the Congress and the hotel offer are already known.
While waiting for the registration process to open, scheduled for the next few days, the prices for accessing the sessions of the International Congress of Educating Cities have already been announced. As for the public prices for registration for the Congress, these are the amounts:
- Partner cities AICE (International Association of Educating Cities)
Early (until 03/15/2026) 350 euros / General (from 16/03/2026) 380 euros
- Non-partner cities
Early (until 03/15/2026) 380 euros / General (from 16/03/2026) 400 euros
- Participants from less developed countries, according to UN/WB classification
General (from 1/01/2026) 225 euros
- University faculty and students
General (from 1/01/2026) 100 euros* In these cases, meals, attendance at workshops, direct dialogues, posters and study visits are not included.
As for the accommodation offer, the list of hotels offering special rates for Congress participants is now available. The list can be consulted by clicking here. When contacting the accommodations, you must specify that you are participating in the XVIII International Congress of Educating Cities.
