Granollers City Council, as Data Controller, guarantees an adequate and consistent level of protection for individuals with respect to their personal data, which is processed by the various municipal services of the City Council, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).

Granollers City Council only processes personal data with full responsibility and loyalty, and in accordance with the legal bases that allow the legality of the processing, according to the General Data Protection Regulation.

With the aim of complying with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Granollers City Council has drawn up a Register of Processing Activities and has adopted the appropriate security measures to the objectively assessed and identified risks to the rights and freedoms of the interested parties, which could result from the processing carried out by the City Council.

6. What are your rights?
