This week more than 1,400 pupils They met at the Palau d’Esports in Granollers to celebrate the 2nd Inter-Centre Meeting of the Congress of Children and Adolescents, a project created for the international event that Granollers will host this very month of May. Last December, the 1a Gathering, and the 3rd will be from 26th to 29th May, coinciding with the XVIII International Congress of Educating Cities.

From 5th to 7th May, each day there have been Meeting dates. The first is with secondary school pupils, from 8:30 to 10:00, and the second with primary school pupils, from 10:30 to 12:00. The event includes around twenty educational centres from Granollers, Canovelles, Les Franqueses and La Roca. The aim is for the students to explain the different creative processes they are carrying out at their schools and institutes.

The work these students are doing in classrooms aims to reinforce the feeling of community, critical thinking and creativity, precisely, the three axes around which the International Congress of Educating Cities, to be held in Granollers from 26 to 29 May 2026, will revolve.
