The preparation of the International Congress of Educating Cities, scheduled for May 2026 in Granollers, continues these days with the meeting of the different citizen committees. On October 8 and 9, about fifteen people linked to the city met with the organization of the Congress to collaborate in the preparations of different projects. The four citizen committees of the Congress are divided into different areas: City 500 Congress, Youth Congress, Neighborhoods and Projects.

The meetings were held at Can Puntes, where participants were able to contribute their ideas around different projects that are being prepared. This is a series of activities and meetings that will take place from the end of this year until the celebration of the Congress, scheduled between 26 and 29 May 2026. Some of these projects are expected to leave some kind of footprint, even beyond the Congress.
